VEMAG develops and manufactures machines and equipment for the food industry and trade. Its customers include food producers at home and abroad. The original focus on traditional craftsmanship was quickly expanded to include industrial applications in the food industry in order to better take account of the increasing concentration in the area of food production and the constantly growing company sizes. Hannover Finanz financed the management buy-out and further growth.
