The telecommunications equipment manufacturer’s product portfolio comprised flexible and robust multi-service access platforms as well as stand-alone transmission solutions for telecommunications network operators. The company used the equity capital from Hannover Finanz for growth and to reorganize its shareholder structure. In 2020, KEYMILE was acquired by DASAN Zhone Solutions (DZS) and is now part of the DZS portfolio.
