IS Inkasso was an internationally active full-service provider in receivables and risk management based in Linz, Upper Austria. The company had branches in Vienna and Graz as well as in Germany, Switzerland, Croatia and Slovenia. The debt collection specialist, which was privately managed from its foundation until 2007, was temporarily part of the listed Swedish company Transcom WorldWide S.A. In 2014, Hannover Finanz acquired 100 per cent of the shares, thus enabling it to once again operate independently as a medium-sized company on a growth trajectory. In 2016, Hannover Finanz sold its shares to Lowell GFKL Group.
