Sebastian has been with Hannover Finanz since 2025 and, as Operating Partner, he is responsible for the Performance Excellence division in the Value Creation Team.
Prior to that, he spent 20 years as a management consultant, leading the transformation of manufacturing, service and logistics companies – always with a focus on operational process and management excellence in all relevant areas of the business, from production and production-related functions to business support and service functions, engineering and development. Sebastian studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg, specialising in production technology.

In his free time, he is a passionate motorcyclist and can also regularly be found on the racetrack with four wheels.
