Farnaz joined the Value Creation Team at Hannover Finanz in 2025 and, in her role as Senior Manager, supports internal projects and initiatives at the interface with portfolio companies.

Her professional career includes extensive experience in consulting, leadership and operational human resources, including senior positions at EY Consulting and ManpowerGroup. Her focus has been on transformation and leadership initiatives, the further development of organisations and leadership cultures, and the establishment of efficient HR structures. She has been responsible for national and international project teams, led strategic HR programmes and supported change processes in an HR and organisational context. An integral part of her work is her role as a systemic coach, whose approaches, methods and tools she regularly tests in supporting executives, teams and organisations in phases of change.

Farnaz graduated from the University of Paderborn with a degree in International Business. She also completed training as a certified systemic coach, whose perspectives she integrates into her daily work.

In her free time, she enjoys travelling – especially to New York City – practising yoga and Pilates, and taking long walks in nature, which serve as physical and mental balance.
