Florian has been part of Hannover Finanz’s Value Creation team since 2025.

As Manager Value Creation, he actively supports our portfolio companies and assists them in achieving sustainable value growth.

Previously, Florian was a Senior Manager in Management Consulting at PwC in the Operations Transformation division, where he gained extensive experience in transformation and restructuring projects. Industrial experience in PMO, product development, and manufacturing, as well as international assignments in London and Stavanger, round out his profile.

Florian studied industrial engineering and subsequently earned his doctorate in engineering, while also putting his research into practice in companies.

In his free time, Florian enjoys traveling, playing squash, and spending time with family and friends.
