Raphael joined the Hannover Finanz team in 2025 as part of the Value Creation Unit. In his role as project manager, he brings extensive experience in performance improvement, restructuring, and M&A to the table and provides targeted support to Hannover Finanz’s portfolio companies in transformation and growth situations.

Previously, Raphael worked as a manager at Deloitte in the Turnaround & Restructuring division, where he provided business management support to companies in special situations. Other positions took him to the consulting firms Restrukturierungspartner and Schulze & Braun, both of which focus on the insolvency environment.

He began his career with an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant before successfully completing his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the HWR Berlin.

In his free time, Raphael loves to spend time with his family. He is a passionate boxer and also enjoys good food.
