Hilke has been Head of the Legal Department at Hannover Finanz since 2025. Prior to this, Hilke worked as a lawyer in the corporate/M&A department at various large international law firms in Frankfurt am Main.

In her free time, Hilke enjoys spending time with her horse, doing yoga, and traveling—preferably to France.
